Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms in the newer wing were average, but the superior room in the older building was excellent. The service was a bit off initially but was eventually sorted out. The location was brilliant for exploring the surrounding area, though the price for hosting a large group was high. The dining was a challenge in terms of price, but the meals were excellent. Overall, a stay with ups and downs.
The hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were old-fashioned and in poor repair with no windows, making it stuffy at night. On the bright side, the staff dealt with everything professionally and were very friendly and efficient. The location was excellent, close to the train station and amenities. Dining was enjoyable with well-cooked meals, but there were queues. Overall, a mixed experience.
My stay at this hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff was extremely friendly, and the location was perfect for my needs. However, the service could have been more pleasant. Overall, a great value for money.
The hotel's location is great for exploring Twickenham and Teddington, offering easy access to the city centre and must-see places like Hampton Court Palace. The rooms are clean and adequate, though they could use some updates, and the service, while generally good and helpful, can be a bit abrupt at times. The dining experience was a mix of highs and lows, and the facilities cater to basic needs.
My stay at the hotel was really comfort and relaxing. The rooms were very nice, although they need updating as they are very dated. It would benefit from having air conditioning as my room was very hot. The size and aspect of the room were good. The service was helpful, and I particularly enjoyed the fabulous breakfast served by a very pleasant member of staff. However, there was an issue with substantiating some claims. The restaurant experience was delightful with lovely food. The location was great for exploring the area and offered easy access to transportation. The main hotel and outside area were lovely. The dining experience, although not as well stocked compared to previous stays, was pretty good overall.
